Shipping policy

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $40 (excluding sales tax and discounts). Orders below $40 incur a flat $5 shipping fee.

Shipping Exclusions
Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing & Parcel Shipping
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.  Items shipped directly from vendors may take longer and could incur a surcharge for size or weight, shown in your order total.  Delivery usually doesn’t require a signature but may be left at a safe location if you’re unavailable.

Oversize & Truck Delivery
For oversized or heavy items, truck delivery may be necessary and typically ships within 4-5 business days.  Delivery fees range from $100 to $250 based on weight and service level (Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove, White Glove with Assembly).  An adult (18+) must be present to sign upon delivery.

Delivery RequirementsBefore signing for truck deliveries, inspect items for any damage and note it on the delivery form.  Report any issues within 48 hours.  Ensure adequate road and home access, with no weight restrictions, and room clearances as outlined.
